National Entrepreneurship Context Index (NECI) – Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM)

The GEM National Entrepreneurship Context Index (NECI) benchmarks the quality of an economy’s entrepreneurial environment based on expert assessments across the Entrepreneurial Framework Conditions (EFCs).

Higher scores indicate better performance. For rankings, a lower rank is better (1 = best); a higher rank number indicates worse performance.
